For one of our customers in Fribourg, we are looking for a SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR

ROLE PURPOSE

Achieve operational excellence in executing operational trading and purchasing tasks for APL, while complying to trading and procurement standards and financial controls, maintaining strong links with Global Supply Chain, APL ICDC/DC, Category Manager, Regional Life Cycle Manager, third party suppliers, whilst improving the efficiency of the Supply Chain Hub function.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Provide operational excellence by monitoring all inbound and outbound transactions into and out of worldwide APL inventory locations, including returns. To ensure the transactions are processed and synchronized in the various different systems

Ensure support analysing and solving process and technical issues identified as Idocs errors in collaboration with global cross-functional groups providing timely resolutions and minimizing impact on affiliate/market

Achieve operational excellence by executing day-to-day procurement operations of raw materials and finished goods for APL DC/ICDC locations, based on requisitions received

Maintain integrity in APL processes by managing the purchase to pay cycle over APL system (purchase requisition and purchase order creation, correct pricing check, supervision of delivery, Goods Receipt bookings and invoice checking)

Creating timely and informative reporting, demonstrating control of trading and purchasing processes to Costumers requirements

Maintain a good relationship and professional communication between APL, trading and direct procurement stakeholders and a portfolio of selected suppliers

EDUCATION

-

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

-

Two to three years' experience in Supply Chain preferably using SAP ERP system
-

Worked several years in an international trading organization

Analytical and accuracy skills

Health Care/Medical Device industry
