API/Integration Developers

These person(s) will be responsible for the integration of the application code with the BRMS framework and to construct APIs, WebServices that expose the BRMS functionality to other parts of the AIM system and to batch operations.

This person requires 5-6 years of experience in the following areas:

JBRMS/Drools OR other similar rules engines combined with significant Java experience;
Broad experience with forward- and backward-chaining rules implementations (especially familiarity with Rete), rules design, and assessment in Drools Expert, DRL and Guvnor for rules authoring and configuration;
Well-developed back-end Java/J2EE skills
An interest in applying knowledge of rule management systems to Identity management.
Exposure to Spring/Hibernate/IBATIS frameworks
Exposure to UNIX/LINUX platforms and Shell scripting
Exposure to distributed caching solutions
Exposure to enterprise-level scheduling like Quartz/AutoSys, etc
Exposure to troubleshooting performance issues and scalability tuning, monitoring and load testing
Knowledge of Perforce or any version control system
