OVERVIEW:

- Provide specifications for an ISD-hosted independent IIS web server which will manage the data feed between the client and the county.
- Assist the ISD in configuring and testing the web server.
- Develop the read-only web service (API) that will provide the county-side ability to receive queries from and return results to the client. Web service to be developed in Microsoft .NET.
- Assist ISD in the installation and testing of the web server/API solution.
- Provide ongoing support for the API solution.
