Apache IBES Contract Manager (Part Time) - Suffolk

This is an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to join a leading FTSE 100 organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- To provide monthly KPI statistics
- To agree the future work demands in relation to hours and required Contractor grade disciplines
- To co-ordinate between the Authority and Company HQ relating to HR issues
- To report Health & Safety issues back to HQ
- To liaise with the Authority to obtain signed Contractor timesheets, to ensure the timesheets are completed correctly and in timely fashion for the Authority's approval
- To agree with the Contractor any requirement for additional supplementary PPE
- To liaise with the Authority over reviewing any Contractor CVs and secure feedback within set timescales
- To liaise with the Contractor to acquire information to support KPI reports
- To attend quarterly Contract Review Meetings to review Contract performance
- To compile and submit monthly reports to the Authority

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience of using MS Office particularly Word and Excel
- NVQ Level 3 Business Admin
- Minimum Grade C GSCE (or equivalent) in 5 subjects to including Mathematics
- Cost/value reconciliation experience
- Admin experience
- Experience of managing contracts
- Experience of KPI's
- Experience of business improvement activities
- Working knowledge of aviation engineering practices (desirable)
- Experience of an engineering control environment (desirable)
- Experience of military aviation (desirable)
