Antony / Software Applications Engineer / £60K

Due to the new projects and expansion the company requires a Software Applications Engineer to be an integral part of their team. This will be a hands on role in a fast paced environment where you will work with existing products and being innovative with new products. This is an exciting and challenging role within a business which can offer long term career development and constant progression.

We are looking for a Software Applications Engineer (Staff).

Qualifications & Experience:

* Degree or HNC/HND with relevant industry experience

* Development and programming of PLC and SCADA systems
* Programming languages C, C++, Assembler
* Relevant software engineering experience preferably within the Oil and Gas industry
* Working knowledge of offshore working techniques and ideally will have had exposure to the offshore working environment
* Software design within Controls Systems
* Good Analytical ability
* Good understanding of data and network communications in the content of a subsea production control system
