Anti - Corruption Screening Specialist (80% - 100%)

On behalf of our client, a leading global company within a financial institution, we are looking for an Anti- Corruption Screening Specialist. For this permanent position in Zurich our client is looking for an German and English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.
WE OFFER
- Interesting new function to support the Recruitment Process and ensure compliance to Regulatory Requirements
- Cooperate closely with Recruiting Subject Matter Experts to implement a new compliance process
- Support in training and communication activities
- Collaborate with Recruiting Partners to collect the required candidate information
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of tasks and status updates
- Support users in technical issues that they may face while completing the AC screening
- Meet response and reminder timelines and commitments
- Escalate systems/workflow performance issues
- Improve process and candidate experience
YOU OFFER
- 1-2 years of working experience preferably in Human Resources or Recruitment
- Sound communication skills in German and English
- Commercial Apprenticeship or Matura
- Excellent organizational skills, high sensitivity to figures, accuracy and attention to details
- Commercial Apprenticeship or Matura
- Fast working, high energy and enthusiasm essential
- Demonstrate initiative and have a flexible and positive attitude
- Able to work independently, effectively and efficiently, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills, MS Word, Excel
- Flexible and mature approach to work; willing to learn new ways of doing things
- Team spirit with strong sense of commitment to all team members
