TEMPORARY CONTRACT FOR 36 MONTHS

The Open University Business School invites applicants with voluntary sector research expertise for the position of The Anthony Nutt Senior Research Fellow in the new Centre for Voluntary Sector Leadership, Department of Public Leadership and Social Enterprise.

You will be involved in all aspects of research, PhD supervision, collaboration with relevant research communities and engagement with smaller voluntary sector organisations in the UK.

In particular, we are seeking research active candidates whose area of expertise relates to governance, leadership or management in the voluntary sector. You will be expected to have substantial research expertise and a developing research reputation, demonstrable leadership skills and experience of communicating and engaging effectively with practitioner and academic communities.

You will hold a relevant PhD and have a good understanding of developments currently affecting smaller voluntary sector organisations in the UK.
