Antenna Design Specialist.

Telecoms, Antenna, RF, Base Station, Design, Research, Development, R He/She should both lead and participate in the design and development of prototype RF/antenna systems. Initially he/she will work on existing programs in multiple areas of research, including antenna arrays for MIMO applications, wideband antennas for small cell base stations, novel materials and technologies for enhanced low volume and low profile antenna systems.

Skills required:
*Experience in electromagnetic design and specifically in antenna
*Design proficiency in design by simulation
*Experience in design to minimise PIM
*Familiarity with standard numerical analysis and design tools such as CST Microwave Studio or Ansoft HFSS is required.
*Experience with high power, as well as low power and small volume telecoms antennas
*Experience with design, development and launch of cost effective products
*Hands-on experience measuring and characterising antenna performance, both outdoors and in anechoic chambers is desirable
*Hands-on experience introducing complex products in factories
*Hands on experience as technical lead with customers and/or partners in new product developments
*Experience in a product development and innovation environment
*Good written and spoken English as working language.
