Anonymisation Team Lead/Program Manager (IBM Optim)

Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a brand new project on IBM Optim. This will be to work on a customer site in Zurich, Switzerland and we will need a project team with experience on Infosphere Optim.
These are 6 month initial contracts and have the potential to get extended.
Anonymisation Team Lead/Program Manager
*Needs to have a strong background in Data Anonymization
*Should understand concepts, implementation complexities and domain intricacies of Wealth Management
*Must have experience designing masking solution by interpreting customer requirements and translating it into test data design.
*Knowledge of IBM Optim is essential
*Managing all aspects of a program/project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
*Manage a team of experienced Project Managers, either directly or as part of a Matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources
*Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
*Should be able to mentor a team of IBM Optim developers and lead them
As the roles are based in Switzerland you will need to be eligible to work in Switzerland for the 6 month+ contract opportunity.
