ABOUT THE POSITION

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a strong Front End Web Designer/Developer for a Contract position in Richardson, TX. Our client offers a casual, laid-back, work-hard-play-hard environment located right off of US-75. This is a HEAVY Front End position - you will be using JavaScript and JavaScript libraries to build, modify, and optimize a responsive UI for an enterprise application to be used by customers all over the world. Deep knowledge of Front End technologies, such as HTML, AngularJS, JavaScript, and CSS are required.

The AngularJS Front End Web Designer/Developer will be a part of a team responsible for designing, implementation, and re-factoring of a complex internal web application built with Microsoft ASP.NET MVC and C#. Familiarity with test-driven development and Agile development will be highly beneficial in this role.

Ideally, our client will like to find a candidate with very strong Front End development skills with exposure to OO development using C# and ASP.NET.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of experience in the following skill sets
JavaScript Frameworks - Design from Scratch/Development
Angular JS
KnockoutJS
HTML/CSS3/CSS - Design/Development
Agile Development Methodology

PREFERRED (but not required)

C#/ASP.NET Web Design/Development/Customization
.NET 4.0 or .NET 4.5
Test Driven Development
Unit Testing Frameworks - NUnit and/or MS Test
Deep Knowledge of n-Tier Development
MVC 4 Design Pattern - Development/Implementation
Service-Oriented Architecture - Design/Development with Web Services
REST Services and/or WCF
Distributed Server Architecture/Programming/High Availability Applications
Mocking Frameworks - RhinoMoks or Moq
