ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is seeking an Android Mobile Developer for a Contract opportunity in Dallas, TX. The Android Mobile Developer will design, build and maintain mobile applications for the Android platform while working in a blended Agile/Waterfall environment for a premier development shop in Dallas. The Android Mobile Developer will contribute to the development of bleeding edge applications built with continuous improvement in mind. The Android Developer must be able to write clean, elegant code to maximize functionality and efficiency.

Candidates must have published at least one original application to the Google Play store.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in the following skill sets
Android Mobile Applications - Design/Development/Debugging/Profiling/Unit Testing/Continuous Integration
Client-side Java and Android SDK
Programming with Multi-threaded, Asynchronous Code
Remote Data via REST and JSON
Agile Methodology - Must be able to contribute to Scrum meetings!
Third-party Libraries/APIs
