ANDROID DEVELOPER/MOBILE APPLICATION/REST/BANKING/AGILE/SCRUM

Looking for an Android Developer (Mobile application) for a Leading International Bank based in Amsterdam. This is a great long-term assignment where you will have the opportunity to become a permanent employee after 12 month. You will work in an Agile development team and together with your team you will be responsible for the roadmap of Mobile Banking. This role is for someone who enjoys working as part of a team of technical experts and being the lynchpin between technology, product owners and management.

This means that you will:

Responsibilities:

- Coach development teams in making the right architectural decisions in landscape evolution
- Help the development teams to cut big changes in small user stories and shippable products
- Consult product owners to define the roadmaps for our mobile banking applications
- Translate concepts into concrete feasible technical solutions, translate to understandable language
- Cooperate over several departments and sometimes different technologies

Skills:

- 4+ years of experience designing mobile solutions (Android) including technical interfaces (REST services)
- Knowledge of developing customer-oriented, technically advanced mobile applications (Android)
- You have an exploratory mindset, on the lookout for new developments in mobile and relevant techniques and tools
- You take ownership of your own and your team delivery (self-steering)
- Experience in coaching and supporting developers and solution designers
- Strong communication skills, speaking and writing in English
- Experience with agile methods and/or scrum framework
