ANDROID APPLICATIONS/FRAMEWORK DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE, C, C++ AND JAVA DEVELOPMENT, EMBEDDED DEVELOPMENT
eCRM Euro are looking for a Android Application and Framework Developer for one of my clients.
Design, development and unit testing of Android applications and Framework
New Applications and Features development
Enhancing and optimizing existing Applications
Delivering high quality code using industry best practices
Resolving code bugs, working on code reviews and application documentation
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5+ years of C, C++ and Java development experience.
3+ years of Embedded development experience.
2+ years of Android applications/framework development experience.
Knowledge of Google Android essentials.
Knowledge of Eclipse IDE, XML, memory management, file I/O, concurrency, multi-threading etc.
Solid applied knowledge of Android SDK and Android Debug Tools.
Linux user experience, with basics of system configurations and administration.
Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, design principles.
Knowledge of version control systems and practical experience with Git.
Good written English.
DESIRED:
2+ years of commercial software development
Knowledge of Android architecture for PIM applications such as Calendar and Messaging
In-hands experience with Android Activities, Intents, UI, Services (such as. Maps, GPS, Telephony, SMS, Content Providers, Cloud-to-Device Message)
Knowledge of an XML-based data protocols (SOAP/REST or JSON)
Experience of work with bug tracking system
Debugging knowledge in Linux (GDB, KGDB, KDB, Coredump analysis etc.)
