ANALYTICS SERVICE MANAGER - CEM - SEC
- Responsible for the development and execution of Statistical Models used for analysing Service, Network and Customer data as per the requirement
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for providing the statistical models to the service managers based on their requirement
- Responsible for providing analysis of usage and other trends to Business as and when called for
- Conduct data analysis to support Network Analytics and Customer Analytics
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering Graduate in Computer Science Or Graduate/Post Graduate in Mathematics with Statistics concentration
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE (MINIMUM & MAXIMUM)
- 15+ years in the area of Data Analysis of which at least 5 years in the leadership position
WHAT ARE THE ORGANIZATIONS THAT THE CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE WORKED FOR?
- Consultancy Companies like KPMG, PWC, Delloitte
- Telecom companies Like Bharti, Vodafone
WHAT ARE THE NATURE AND SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES THE CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE HANDLED?
(INDICATE WHICH CRITERIA ARE MANDATORY)
1. Analytics skill - Mandatory (preferably in Telecom Domain for renowned operators)
2. Should have handled Mobile Broad Band Network analysis - Preferred
3. Should have handled Customer behaviour and usage analysis - Mandatory
4. Should have independently developed and handled Statistical Datamodelling for a Tier 1 Telecom operation
5. Handling data analysis with respect to CEM application for a 4G vendor - Preferred
6. Proficient in IT tools/applications appropriate to job function
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS (INDICATE WHICH CRITERIA ARE MANDATORY)
1. Knowledge of data analysis models - Mandatory (preferably in Telecom Industry)
2. Knowledge of 3GPP standard based Telecom network analytics - Preferred
3. Knowledge of customer behaviour and prediction based on usages - Mandatory (preferably in Telecom)
4. Knowledge of Customer experience and expectation Analysis - Mandatory (preferably in Telecom)
5. People and Team Management Skills - Mandatory
6. Experience of using CEM tool - Preferred
7. Excellent oral and written communication skill - Mandatory
8. Exposure to ETOM - Preferred
