Analytics Project Manager/Analyst

Yoh has a multi-year contract opportunity for an ANALYTICS PROJECT MANAGER (PM)/ANALYST to join our client in Bothell, WA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team is responsible for supporting eCommerce strategy, leading metrics and analytics team, business metrics analysis, cross-channel and call shed analysis, reporting requirements, web analytics, and business case development.
- Directly responsible for leading the results meeting with vice presidents, directors and managers to analyze trends, sales and self-service results and to drive actions.
- Gather requirements and business needs from various departments to identify what reports, data, and information would be of value.
- Provide continuous communication and status reporting.
- Work with the developers and business analysts to ensure a clear understanding of intended functionality, document.
- Complete the weekly status reports.

Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years Analytics experience including gathering functional requirements, writing requirements and analysis.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in eCommerce reporting/analytics.
- Strong business analysis experience.
- Must have work-related project management experience in a Business Intelligence (BI) environment including the ability to accurately estimate work efforts, develop project plans and deliver on goals.
- Must have relevant project management experience in reporting/analysis field.
- Expertise in gathering requirements.
- Expertise in writing functional requirements.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to work with developers, managers, functional users, and executives.
- Must have Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
