Analytics Developer - Bigdata, Data Science - Finance - Contract - Lon

ANALYTICS DEVELOPER - BIGDATA, DATA SCIENCE - FINANCE - CONTRACT - LONDON

We're looking a passionate and experienced engineer to join this face paced Agile environment, working with cutting edge Open Source technologies (Hadoop, Spark, HDFS, Java/Scala/Julia/Python/R, NoSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB) designing, prototyping and building high profile data analytics tools.

The ideal candidate will have a good experience in software engineering (functional programming in Scala would be ideal but experience in Java/Scala/Python/R/Julia would be fine) and also have a strong mathematical background in data science or data analytics.

You will also have worked in strong Agile environments (Scrum, KanBan, Lean, CI, CD, etc..) following TDD.

You do not need prior finance experience for this role.
