WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- This is a client-facing role that, along with solid analytical skills, requires clear and effective client communication. The analyst will support advanced analytics technical implementations, post-production analytics requests, data formatting and uploads, and data reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and partners to propose, scope, solution, and deliver Recruiting Marketing Advanced Analytics Implementation & Post-Production Projects.
- Identify meaningful metrics for the client's recruiting strategic initiatives and recommend measurement methodologies to clients.
- Provide clear, concise, fact-based findings in written form and through presentations to partners and leaders using data, graphics and effective discussion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure that our analytics and reporting are aligned with company priorities, support high-level business needs and facilitate informed decision making.
- Assist with the execution of the Client Feedback Survey process including design, administration and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex delivery engagements simultaneously, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Assist in knowledge transfer to other technical teams and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure data uploads are completed within standard turn-time.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Solid analytical, investigative and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through
- Solid time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress atmosphere
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization and with individuals of various levels of technical/analytical expertise
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to preserve confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to work within established timelines
- Proficiency in Excel(Advanced Skills working with pivot tables, writing Macros that automate repetitive Excel reporting operations)
- Familiarity with VBA, MS Access and Business Objects is a plus
