IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Preparation and analysis of fact base and reports as required for the Supply Planning and Product Supply Chain Team
-Support budget volumes and capacity exercises to be performed with the manufacturing sites
-Support Business Process Managers activities for analytical requirements in relation to process improvement
-Generate and report relevant product and sites specific KPIs on regular basis
-Design, create and maintain slides for management outlook on a monthly basis
-Support in creating and maintaining network and product assessment booklet
-Support in budget rounds with the manufacturing sites
-Coordinate collection of root-cause analysis and countermeasures

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor degree in life science, business, industrial engineering or equivalent required (MBA a plus)
-Sound experience in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Management
-Strong analytical skills and excellent capabilities to work in excel and Business Warehouse reporting tools
-Project Management experience as a plus
-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, punctuality and accuracy in execution of transactions, data maintenance and other job responsibilities
-Ability to effectively collaborate with various peers in supply chain department and other functions
-Excellent written and verbal communication (Fluent English required, German a plus)
