Analytical Software Developer

Research, analyze, design and develop highly optimized web applications software used for wireless network planning and management. Will work closely with business analysts to implement these tools and must be able to handle and extract information from large data sets, engage in data-driven problem solving, and understand and implement complicated mathematical algorithms.

SKILLS:

EXPERT SKILLS REQUIRED:
Oracle SQL & PL/SQL experience. Very good in packages, procedures, SQL queries, Triggers, functions etc. An in-depth knowledge of Oracle database structure, methodology and design
Large data processing with error tracking
Data processing with AWK, Shell script
Analytic Skills and creative skills
Verbal and written Communications skills, ability to interact with clients and business users
UNIX
Data Processing with C/C++, Perl

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS:
An M.S. (or higher) degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Mathematics, Operations Research or a related field and relevant experience is required.
Team player
Strong debugging, problem solving and testing skills
Self-motivated to solve problems
Availability to work late night hours or weekend once a while when business required is essential.
Must have used SQL Navigator/TOAD, Unix (Solaris), Oracle 10g/11g for production-level projects

DESIRED SKILLS:
MS SQL Server
MS Excel & Macro Programming
Experience in Agile programming methodology is a plus.
Familiarity with wireless voice and data network design and technologies is a plus.
Experience with Database/SQL performance tuning
Oracle SQL or PL/SQL Certification
Familiarity with telecom network is a plus
Ability to take lead developer/architecture role for different systems is desired
