Analytical Expert (cell line analytics) wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharma sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Several years of work experience as Analytical Expert within pharmaceutical environment
- Expertise in testing and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in molecular- biological techniques along with very good knowledge of mammalian cell culture
- Subject matter expert for cell line and bulk harvest as well as good understanding of analytical release of production banks and bulk harvests
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Acting as a subject matter expert for cell line and bulk harvest analytics to represent the group in technical development sub-teams of the projects
- Managing and planning the development and execution of molecular biological characterization assays, mainly under GMP
- Taking over responsibility for instrument qualification and assay validation
- Documenting and reviewing analytical specifications, analytical methods, SOPs and development reports
