- Support the Product Managers in developing, launching and maintaining customer value/satisfaction
- Build and maintain robust management information for the Product Management team, producing regular and ad hoc reports and analysis as required
- Assist in development of new product/propositions
- Monitor industry activity and competitor analysis
- Customer/regulatory/TCF experience
- Experience of working with either savings/pensions products
- Act as the central point of contact for all queries, therefore the successful candidate will be required to build and maintain relationships across the group.
