WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ANALYST PROGRAMMER OFFICE 365/SHAREPOINT FOR MULTINATIONAL INSTITUTION (OFF-SITE)

DELIVERABLES:

- Provide technical and consultative Office365/SharePoint solutions (in a cloud computing environment), including defining and analysing business and technical process flows, design and implementation, customisation, integration, and documentation of proposed solutions.
- The consultant will provide domain expertise relative to optimal performance, usability, reliability and extensibility of Office365/SharePoint solutions, while exploring (maximising) the use of all relevant Office365/SharePoint capabilities.
- Emphasis must also be placed on providing an Identity and Access Management solution which is in line with general customers policy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work closely with internal business owners and analysts to define project process and information flows, identify requirements, and evaluate strategic business issues. This will include regular on-site presence at the client in The Hague.
- Following concept acceptance; develop, test, deliver, and ensure smooth implementation of proposed Office365/SharePoint solutions
- Configure and maintain document libraries, lists, and site collections in deploying Office365/SharePoint solutions
- Develop and maintain project and Office365/SharePoint site documentation as needed
- Work with the cloud service provider in monitoring the developed services, serving as first point of contact for internal clients
- Provide support and instruction, as well as on-the-job mentoring, in use of Office365/SharePoint solutions and functionality
- Work with corporate IT staff to implement functional permissions and security using existing infrastructure

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Business analysis and business process understanding.
- Strong ability to assist the client with business requirements for their Office365/SharePoint-based solutions and create the appropriate information architecture, taxonomy and solution approach.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of business both verbally and in writing.
- Experience producing end-user and technical documentation.
- Willingness to help others in the organisation with Office365/SharePoint knowledge at a level of understanding appropriate to their job function.

Fluent in English.

OFFICE/365 SHAREPOINT-SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- Excellent all-round knowledge of the capabilities of Office365/SharePoint
- Ability to design and implement workflows and content management systems with Ofice365/Sharepoint
- Knowledge of the communication capabilities within Ofice365/Sharepoint such as video conferencing, message boards, and how these can be integrated with business-specific functionality
- Ability to know when Office365/SharePoint is not the right solution for a business problem and to communicate this effectively.
- Microsoft certification is highly desirable
