Analyst Programmer Coldfusion XML Xpath Oracle - Brussels

for one of our projects at one of the European Institutions in Brussels we are currently looking for an Analyst Programmer for the development of the web applications.

The tasks that are to be performed include:

Analysis of user requirements, design, data analysis and Datamodelling;
Writing/Testing/Maintenance of web applications;
Integration of applications with other applications and databases;
Configuration management
Assistance with training the administrators and users of the system;
Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system;
Produce and/or update technical documentation in English;
Provision of technical assistance to other team members;
Participation in meetings with users;
Assist key users in English or French;

Languages and development tools:

ColdFusion 8/9 (incl. Fusebox framework);
JavaScript; jQuery; AJAX;
Oracle 10g/11g (incl. PL/SQL);
XML and XPath;
MSOffice 2003; MSOffice 2010;

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Relevant experience with Javascript, jQuery and AJAX is an advantage;
Knowledge in the use of RUP and UML is an asset.
Fluent in either FR or EN and working knowledge of the other;
Quick learning ability is required as well as teamwork spirit and ability to integrate in a multilingual and multicultural environment
Knowledge of DG EAC programmes is an advantage;

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
In depth experience with the creation of web interfaces using ColdFusion;
Relevant experience of XML and XPath;
Relevant experience with Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL;
