Analyst Programmer (Coldfusion/Oracle)

The contract is with a large consultancy in Brussels to be on a long term assignment at a European site in central Brussels:- PROFILE: SENIOR ANALYST PROGRAMMER WITH FOLLOWING TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- ORACLE + COLDFUSION
- MURA
- WEB
- ASSET: SQL/ORACLE
- JAVA
- ANALYTICAL MIND
- QUICK LEARNER

13 YEARS AFTER SECONDARY SCHOOL (ie professional experience + university studies included) and AT LEAST 9 YEARS OF SPECIFIC EXPERTISE IN COLDFUSION AND ORACLE DBMS (COMBINED) are needed.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Good skills in programming for web technologies
- Knowledge of programming languages of web 2.0, specifically Flex under
- Coldfusion
- Capability in writing users instructions
- Good capabilities in creating intuitive interface screens
- Some knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 6 years of relevant studies and experience after the secondary school
- Minimum 2 years of IT professional experience in the web technologies.
- Minimum 2 years of programming experience
- Minimum 2 years experience with relational database
- Some experience with UML or Case Tools
- Some knowledge in Service Oriented Architecture
- Experience in Internet technologies and development (eg web 2.0)

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 2 years in Oracle DBMS and ColdFusion.
- Minimum 1 year in Adobe Flex or Web 2.0.

REQUIRED PERSONAL SKILLS

- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to cooperate in analysis of complex systems, in English and French
- Ability to follow and interpret Internal procedures and standards
- Respect of deadlines
- Ability to work independently on specific tasks while at the same time functioning as a member of a project team.
- Very good knowledge of English and French.
