Analyst Programmer

Role: Analyst Programmer
Daily Rate: Negotiable
Location: Brussels
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months contract
Language requirements: English + French and/or Dutch

In the role of "Application Analyst"
* You will be responsible for the maintenance and functioning of production applications in place today;
* Do you offer solutions for improving existing applications in order to simplify maintenance and process of passing information between teams and operational support;
* You will also be responsible for analysing the changing needs of business and business applications and propose solutions to fit those needs;
* You document your work and bear it the other team members in learning and maintenance of applications;
* You bear it the management of PrintShop to ensure the smooth transfer of knowledge to our operational teams;
* You will also be active as a support 2nd line for operational teams.

Technical skills required:
Depth knowledge of Java and 3-tier architectures;
Good Knowledge of Apache Tomcat (Apache Axis knowledge is a plus);
Good knowledge of Python;
Knowledge of Linux and bash Scripting;
Knowledge of MS Windows server.
