ANALYST, PROCESS OPTIMIZATION needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in St. Louis, MO.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Facilitate the creation of an efficient and effective ITSM capabilities based on industry best practice standards, such as ITIL, with a focus on customer support, partnership with the business and enhancing shareholder value.
- Ensure IT services are aligned to the business needs and actively supported.
- Provide ITSM business analysis and promote best practices across the organization.
- Lead processes and standards.
- Achieve results and be flexible in a fast paced, deadline focused, changing environment.
- Onboard new user groups into the Global Service Management (GSM) application
- Partner with end users on GSM enhancement requests and projects by defining requirements, building functional designs, testing and coordinating training.
- Lead testing efforts for various GSM enhancements and updates.
- Coordinate and provide support with second level and off-shore support.
- Create and deliver user communications and assist with training materials.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Knowledge of ITIL v3 and IT Service Management principles
- Experience with IBM Tivoli/Maximo/Smart Cloud Control Desk 7.5
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work with a strong sense of urgency
- Actively maintain strong partnership with key internal cross-functional team members
- Keep manager informed of key decisions impacting service offerings and/or team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic vision and forward thinking
- Effective people and customer support skills
- Self-motivated to initiate efforts/bring up issues and problems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
