Analyst/Process Analyst

Our West of Glasgow based public sector organisation urgently requires a Process Analyst to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will have end to end project experience which includes initial information elicitation as well as documenting and defining requirements. You will be required to document process information using visual diagrams as well as write Business Process Management System (BPMS) specifications.

You will have:
*Experience with Business Process Mapping (experience working with Business Optix would be an advantage)
*Good writing skills (eg for documenting processes, procurement requirements, etc)
*The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
*The ability to communicate complex IT solutions that can be understood by a wide ranging audience
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse personality types
