The IT ACAP (Asset Management and Corporate Applications) department is looking for an external IT analyst in the Corporate and Content Management domains.
Tasks:
The analyst will report to the IT project manager and will be responsible for :
-Assisting the business in formulating business requirements (challenging role)
-Writing functional specifications
-Follow-up of the development and testing activities
-Assisting in training and documentation activities
-Coordinating and assisting in application deployment
-Providing level 2 support for concerned applications
The applications / projects that are part of these domains are heterogeneous and partially packaged applications, partially tailor made applications (.NET) :
-OpenText document management
-MS Sharepoint collaboration platform
-website (based on Sitecore)
-Intranet (to be redeveloped in 2014 - technologoy not yet decided)
-Group intranet (to be redeveloped in 2014)
-HR related applications (HR ticketing tool, organogram, …)
-Refactoring of MS Access applications
-…
Degree:
-Has worked in similar role before (3-5 years experience)
-Technical skills (.NET) to discuss at high level with IT architect and IT developer
Languages:
Dutch : Native x Fluent x Basics 0
English: Native x Fluent x Basics 0
French Native x Fluent x Basics 0
Duration of the project:.
The position is from 1/1/2014 till 31/12/2014 with possible extension afterwards.
In order to organize a knowledge transfer with the current analyst, we would like to welcome the new person as of Nov 15, 2013.
Working hours:
40h/week

-Self-starter mentality, able to work independently, Result oriented
-Good analytical skills
-Good presentation skills
-Proficient in English (documentation) as well as Dutch and French
-Has worked in similar role before (3-5 years experience)
-Technical skills (.NET) to discuss at high level with IT architect and IT developer
-Experience in the domain of content management is not required but may be considered as a plus
