Analyst - FP&A (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Month-end accounting and reporting responsibilities including but not limited to: reconciliation, variance analysis, and creation of management reporting packages
-Ensure complete, timely and accurate submission of all required data in the systems
-Provide meaningful financial management reporting that serves as the basis of performance management and decision making
-Interpret key data and translate into actionable information for management
-Support the budgeting and resource allocation processes – Budget, Mid-Year Commitment, mid-range plan
-Prepares technical guidance to GMS controllers
-Ensure complete, timely and accurate submission of all required data in the systems and ensure full compliance with corporate policies and IFRS/Ensure SOX controls inherent to the financial reporting cycles
-Support GMSGQ finance leadership team in all integration activities related to the adaptation of the planning and reporting systems

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-CMA, CPA, Master in Finance or MBA education preferred
-Structured and process-oriented, strategic mind-set, proactive and driven, problem-solver, strong communication skills, team player
-Experience in financial planning and analysis
-Professional experience with technical development, manufacturing, quality functions in the Biotech/Pharma industry
-Understanding of the manufacturing process and Operations KPI
-Excellent communication in English
-Experience with SAP R/3, BI, Business Warehouse, Oracle, HFM preferable
-Good insight into the IFRS
