Analyst ETR - EMEA Transparency Reporting

ANALYST, EMEA TRANSPARENCY REPORTING/BEERSE, BELGIUM/12 MONTHS CONTRACT/30 TO 35 EUR (PER HOUR)
The Analyst ETR is responsible for implementing and executing the process for preparing reportable (cross border) payments to HCO's, including related data quality review processes to support the data integrity and completeness required for transparency reporting in EMEA. The Analyst ETR will be expected to recommend and implement remediation initiatives to improve data integrity and reporting processes.
TASKS:
Developing, implementing and executing data quality reviews and data corrections on public reports to ensure completeness and accuracy of data for transparency reporting
Supporting a dedicated set of countries on issues related to data quality and system issues
Recommending changes to the systems and processes within the ETR team
Developing and maintaining consistent/standard work instructions
Testing changes to the systems and processes before final implementation
Participating in Project Teams focused on enhancement of transaction management and reporting systems
Managing and supporting the cross border interaction process in view of transparency reporting requirements.
Developing and providing training on reporting tools and processes to the countries
EDUCATIONadvanced degree is preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries
- Experience in a Business, Finance, Information Management or a compliance-related field required
- Cross-functional and/or cross-sector experience preferred
- Experience working in a multi-national environment preferred
REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Demonstrated quantitative analytical or statistical skills required
- Experience working with database and reporting tools such as iZenda, Qlikview, Qliksense preferred
- Knowledge and experience in the application of web-based reporting tools, website maintenance and/or knowledge of SharePoint is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills. Fluency in additional languages of the region, such as Dutch
- Ability to successfully manage multiple critical issues simultaneously
- Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with customers
- Requires understanding and exposure to transaction management systems and/or external reporting and transparency activities
