Analyst/Developer

Summary:
This position will offer the opportunity to work both independently and with a cooperative team to thoroughly test application patches and upgrades that will be deployed throughout the client's environment. Candidate must be resourceful, organized, detail oriented, and an out-of-the-box thinker to identify potential issues and to respond to problems with velocity. Job responsibilities will include the discovery, planning, testing, piloting and deployment of application patches, upgrades, and other application packages in support of enterprise initiatives and goals. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying application interdependencies, changes, and end-user concerns which might negatively affect the deployment of security patches or software upgrades. In addition, the selected candidate will also be responsible for test result reporting and tracking, driving corporate testing standards, maintaining a repository of client specific deployment concerns, and collaborating effectively with peers and leaders. This role will require strong engagement with business partners, security contacts, and the client's global team in order to address issues and manage test case requirements.

SKILLS:
Looking for someone with heavy experience in Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, Flash, quick time patches and security checks. Testing with applications such as notes, Explorer, and Chrome to ensure functionality and productivity for end user and security. Heavy technical background and thorough knowledge of Windows.

Education:
Computer-related Four year College Degree

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical experience supporting Microsoft Office, Apple, and Adobe products
Familiarity with Windows 7
Software application functional testing experience
IT experience in software applications or infrastructure
Excellent interpersonal skills to manage priorities, issues, and influence others
Strong Communicator (written and verbal skills)
Ability to troubleshoot and drive resolution
Strong teamwork and initiative; highly accountable and dependable; ability to multitask and work independently
Prior experience managing and resolving issues across multiple business units
Project management skills necessary to focus on scope and delivering business results

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) Administrator Experience
.NET, C#, SQL experience to assist with application development and query building
Ability to manage Enterprise software application deployments
Ability to analyze data and communicate information to global business partners
Experience managing and/or working with global teams
Experience testing and monitoring performance of Windows clients and applications
