Our client, a leading UK FTSE 100 financial services organisation, is seeking to recruit a customer insights Analyst to join the customer insight team on the marketing of a credit card product. The successful Analyst will be responsible for developing and managing the delivery of customer interactions via Direct Mail, Email, SMS and Lead channels. Furthermore, the successful Analyst must have knowledge experience of marketing campaigns or marketing activities involving (customer) data or databases although they will need to have analytical skills.
ANALYST KEY SKILLS
- Knowledge and experience of marketing campaigns
- Experience in campaign delivery/analysis
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Willing to travel to Cardiff once or twice a month.
- Excellent communication skills.
The successful Analyst can expect to be in contract for a minimum of 6 months.
