Fantastic opportunity to join the leading employer in Maidenhead on a 3 month contract during a very busy time.

The Campaign Analytics team are responsible for understanding Customers and their needs and this is a core focus to provide continued success to the company. This is an opportunity to join a team that is instrumental in helping to shape the way in which the organisation communicate with customers.

As a Customer and Campaign Analyst, you will be working within the campaign analysis team helping them to design, build and deliver customer campaigns with the goal of making sure campaigns are as successful and targeted as they can possibly be. You will be developing campaigns that are targeted and meaningful to the customer. The role uses campaign selection and deployment tools to build and deliver customer communications, ensure that campaigns are properly planned, executed and the campaigns' effectiveness is robustly analysed and reported.

THE ROLE

To plan, design and build campaigns using Unica and provide campaign data in the appropriate format for deployment
Provide insights and analysis for campaign selection to maximise response/conversion rate so that business targets as defined by Customer Development can be met
Ensure campaign rules contact strategy and business rules are enforced during execution of campaigns
Undertake campaign and response analysis to improve campaign effectiveness. Ensure success of campaigns is correctly measured through planning and use of accurate control groups. Provide advice re construction of tests to Campaign Planning Team
Communicate insights and analytic findings clearly to internal customers. Produce top-level and summary results packs and recommendations for marketing
Deploy SMS & MMS and email campaigns through internal

MUST HAVE

-Previous experience working within customer campaign teams
-Extensive knowledge of Unica campaign tool
-Experience in summarising, interpreting data and producing reports
-Strong understanding of the design, legal constraints and analysis of campaigns
-SQL Skills and querying large data environments
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Attention to detail and strong in problem solving
-Organised and methodical

NICE TO HAVE

-Proven experience within a similar business area, as a campaign exec
-telecoms experience would be most desirable
-Basic SAS skills
