Analyst - Contact Centre, Customer Service/Experience, Operations, Processes, Presentations, Credit Cards, MS Office including Visio, Problem Solving, Analytical.

You need to be an experienced Analyst that has some experience of working within a Contact Centre, Customer Service/Experience and an understanding/experience of Credit Cards Operations. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think outside the box. Strong Problem Solving abilities and Excellent Communication skills. The preferred candidate must be proficient with MS Office including Visio.

You will be responsible for supporting the Service/Operations Design & Delivery team in the delivery of change across the business.

This is a junior position and a great opportunity for someone to start a career within Financial Services/Banking.
