Analyst (Connected Car)

Connected Car Analyst - £18 - £23 P/Hr - 10 Month Contract - Coventry

Seeking an experienced Analyst to assist in the planning and delivery of an exciting new product for a prestigious automotive manufacturer. The project will require the roll out of the service across a group of markets which have infrastructures for third parties service providers i.e. Stolen Vehicles Tracking, Emergency Call Out and Roadside Assistance Services.

Duties will include supporting the Project Manager and to liaise with the relevant teams within the company to ensure the contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are drafted, reviewed and amended as required. Co-ordinate with the communications team to ensure the all assets are in the correct language; fine tuned and reflect the market nuances. Develop and deliver a training plan for the products and ensure the published intelligence reports on competitors and the market are regularly reviewed.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts. Experience of programme delivery of commercial programs with the ability to demonstrate programme management skills and experience. You must have strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of how to interpret the business needs and translate them into the relevant area within the business. Be familiar with telematics and programme management tools, such as MS Project.
