Analyst (BI/SAS)

The contract is with a consultancy on an assignment to a large European site in Brussels as follows:- The role is for an Analyst with good BI/SAS skills as follows:- Providing consultancy.
Analysis of business and user requirements, writing of specifications and documentation.
Development of reporting facilities with Business Objects XI.
Administration of the BO-XI environment.
Administration of Oracle fine grained access policies.
Analysis and implementation of data extraction using SAS-ETL.
Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
Assistance in the testing, evaluation of the technical documentation, the training material, the deployment and the reporting.
Day-to-day analysis and follow-up of incidents, 2nd line support.
Report to Commission management on progress and issues relating to the systems.
