Analyst - Accounting & Analysis

DESCRIPTION:

1. Supports decisions regarding the development of procedures for administering transmission service on OASIS to ensure accurate record keeping of transactions and comparable/non discriminatory service to customers.
2. Helps mitigate discrepancies in the calculation and posting of Available Transfer Capability (ATC).
3. Maintains files including Contract Book, Billing Book, Tariff Book and general files.
4. Assists in administering transmission service over OASIS in compliance with the Company Open Access Transmission Tariff and all pertinent FERC Orders.
5. Supports the development of OASIS and all related Back End computer systems. Monitors and tracks transmission applications, service agreements and OASIS reservations.
6. Develops of billing information to enable the accounting department to bill transmission customers for transmission service.
7. Assists with the verification of ISO-NE bills.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

- Highly motivated and team oriented.
- Able to effectively work with other company departments and customers.
- Financial/Accounting background with Excel Experience.
- Will be providing Accounting support to the organization.
- Associate's Degree desired
