Will be responsible for assisting the Corporate Real Estate Strategy & Transactions Director with managing the offices leases for the Americas portfolio. This will include completing various analyses, collecting data, extracting data from Requests for Proposal responses, preparing presentations for local business leaders, communicating with real estate brokers, updating reports, and other related tasks requested by the manager.

SKILLS:

The ideal candidate has worked in the real estate industry, has a good financial background, possesses excellent attention to detail, can use Excel and PowerPoint efficiently, and has very good oral and written communication skills.

THE TOP SKILLS ARE:
Financial analysis - ability to compare Cash and P&L impacts of certain business decisions
Strong user of Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with real estate industry
