Analyst

Job Description:
This position is heavily focused on processing paperwork and working within different software programs.

Responsibilities:

- Reviewing interconnection applications, creating documents to be submitted internally and to the developer (customers), tracking projects using Microsoft Office software.
- Locate new application in Distributed Generation email mailbox.
- Assign a file number. Access and retrieve SAP information and create the electronic folder and the hard copy folder.
- Move and/or copy the application attachments and SAP screen shots into the electronic folder.
- Determine whether technical review or application review is required based on system size, and create appropriate email or meeting notice and distribute.
- Prepare contract using Adobe Acrobat.
- Project information entered in to excel tracking spreadsheets.
- Project information entered into database.
- Technical/application review results entered into spreadsheet.
- Meter exchange notice created and sent to appropriate division meter techs.
- When meter information sheets are returned from the division meter tech a copy is printed and placed in the hard copy folder and the electronic copy is filed.
- Dates added to excel spreadsheets.

SKILLS:
REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong computer skills including; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access), Adobe, and SAP.
- Although not required an electrical technology background would be a benefit
- 2-year Degree in business management, accounting, or electrical technology
- Good communication skills required, both written and oral. Requires careful attention to detail and accuracy of work.
