Analyst

Contract Position for Document and DATA Retention Compliance Analyst is needed to manage the data/records and document controls functions of the Engineering and Design department. This is a long term Contract position located in Amarillo, Texas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for coordination between departments, Design, Engineering, Project Management, to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Responsible for identifying the proper retention of all records associated with the Substation Engineering Design department using corporate policies as a guide.
- Provides advice and support to others in the proper handling of records according to procedures and guidelines that are in place.
- Provides reports to check compliance within departments.
- In addition to supporting corporate records requirements, performs administrative duties of facilitating and coordinating the storage of other electronic files to support the group

REQUIREMENTS

- Must have the skills to provide reports to check compliance within departments, support corporate records requirements, perform administrative duties of facilitating and coordinating the storage of other electronic files to support the group
- Experience with Engineering organizations, Document Storage Software and Computer Aided Drafting programs is desired
