Analyst

A Fortune 500 energy company is currently seeking a Continuous Business Excellence (CBE) Lean Analyst responsible for supporting the leadership team in developing a detailed CBE Plan for the site at Robinson Nuclear Plant in Hartsville, SC. This project is scheduled to last 1 year, with the possibility of extension. Per diem and mobilization / demobilization will be available for qualified candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Integrate aspects such as Lean training & mentoring, project selection & tracking, and integration with fleet CBE efforts across nuclear generation
- Ensure standard deployment per the CBE Program Office guidelines
- Mentor Lean Champions across the site, assist them with value stream analyses and rapid improvement plan implementation
- Work with the site's communication specialist to ensure CBE strategy and results are part of a rigorous communication plan

REQUIREMENTS

- BS Degree
- 5+ years of like-work experience
- Lean or Six Sigma experience or certification
- NEI 09-07 experience is preferred
