Analyst

Leading construction management firm has a need for a Project Controls Specialist or Analyst for a long term (1+ years) contract assignment based in the metro Columbus, Ohio area. Some international travel required. Ideal candidate will have experience maintaining the current project budget and schedule, ensuring that cost is allocated correctly, and calculation of the estimated cost at completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Importing information from SAP or Primavera into Excel for reporting purposes
- Prepare input to the monthly/quarterly reports
- Responsible for final reconciliation of cost to budget on completed projects
- Travel to sites both domestic and international

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience developing and implementing Earned Value Project Management techniques and must have knowledge in integrating the elements of cost, schedule, invoicing, progress and performance.
- Equivalent of 5+ years of experience in Cost Control
- Solid skills using MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Experience developing schedules utilizing MS Project
- Position will involve occasional travel
