An IC design engineer with experience in High Speed Analogue & Mixed Signal IC design using Cadence tools is required for a 3-6 month contract to start at the end of May. Experience in high performance switched mode techniques & linear power supply regulation will be a significant advantage.

The client are looking for experience in:
- Designed high performance analogue / mixed signal/Switching ICs CMOS
- Ultra High speed amplifier/line driver design (>100MHz)
- Voltages in the range 1-10V
- Knowledge of topologies & design structures for driving reactive loads
- Top down specification & design using VerilogA
- Design for test & debug and creating a test specification for the devices
- Good knowledge of ESD and Latch-up prevention techniques

IC Resources is looking for an experienced Analogue/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer for a key client based in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience in Analogue/Mixed Signal Design, and had recent experience in using cadence design tools. An understanding of the processes for power management is required to allow robust design and ideally you will have hands on experience of IC layout.
