Contract for an experienced analog RF layouter that can help us to at least until October 15th for a BT-LE radio TO in 40nm.
Needs to be experienced in TSMC 40nm CMOS and Cadence IC6.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent knowledge of RF and analog circuit design in CMOS technologies.
- Tool expertise: Cadence schematic entry, Layout-XL and ADE-XL
- Fluent with all aspects of the IC-CAD flow in Cadence 6 RF and analog layout, DRC, LVS and the relevant tools (Cadence and Mentor Graphics), in CMOS
- Circuit integration possibly with mixed-signal and digital IP.
- Nice to have: digital layout flow.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- TSMC 40nm CMOS
- Cadence IC6
- New Cadence PVS and QRC tool suite
- Good understanding of on-chip signal integrity aspects
