The suitable candidate will have the following skills:
- This person will be responsible for establishing the modernisation options for each application including transformation to cloud (ie re-host, re-factor, re-architect).
- They are also jointly responsible for developing the modernisation roadmap and business cases.
- They should be familiar with the applications rationalisation and experienced in the various modernisation and remediation options, including transformation to the cloud in order to recommend the available/best options to the client.
- They should be familiar with the clients applications architecture which in this case will likely include Mainframe, UNIX, Wintel and COTS packages typically found within organisations.
