AML Training Manager

Our client, a retail bank requires an AML Training Manager to lead a team of designers and to support Project Managers on an AML Programme.

Working closely with the L&D Team to build and design AML training material for all business units. Keeping up-to-date with policy changes and ensuring the bank is compliant. Material can include: FATCA, AML, Anti bribery & corruption and KYC.

- Ensuring that all Learning & Development initiatives are designed, delivered and managed effectively, to budget and on time
- Manage L&D team, prioritise tasks and develop/deliver robust, effective solutions to support the programme and transition into BAU
- Work in conjunction with the Workstream Senior Manager to define the transition to BAU and 2014 programme strategy
- Utilises appropriate training methods with a blended learning approach ensuring optimum results in a fast paced, change environment
- Designs and implements effective learning & development programmes as well as managing L&D team/project support
- Represent the L&D workstream on key projects/programme delivery boards to ensure that the appropriate training needs and solutions are identified and implemented effectively
- Manage workstream/project reporting, develop planning requirements, manage budget and project manager' requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of competent assessment skills utilising information from both internal bank sources and external sources. The right candidate will have the ability to be a self starter, independent thinker and be able to prioritise and manage demanding workloads.  The right candidate will need experience designing risk material within financial services.
