AML SME

AML, Compliance, Risk, wealth management AML SME required urgently for Tier 1 Investment Bank based in London. This is an initial 3 month rolling contract paying up to £600pd.

Role Requirements

Good knowledge of private wealth management client products and services.
Sound technical knowledge of UK, EU and US AML requirements
Proven analytical and investigative skills
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written skills
IT Skills - MS Products, in particular Excel would be an advantage
Team player
Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workloads accordingly

Role content:
The role will involve the review of high risk client CDD and EDD for on-boarding purposes. Familiarity with the following client types:
o Individuals
o Private holding companies
o All forms of Trusts
o Foundations
o Charities
o A good knowledge of high risk client types requiring enhanced due diligence ie
o Politically Exposed Persons
o Special Concern businesses

Advisory capacity for line of business in all aspects of client on-boarding.
A good knowledge of Source of Wealth requirements for wealth management clients.

Responsibilities

Review of new and existing clients in a timely manner. Management of daily workload to provide for efficient review of new and existing clients.
Maintenance of internal data for management information purposes.
Completion of daily administrative tasks to facilitate departmental statistical analysis.
