AML Policy & Implementations Associate

Our client a global investment bank is recruiting for a Policy and Procedures Implementation Associate to assist with the implementation of the banks Global AML ( Anti Money Laundering ) Standards. The Global Standards objective is to roll out and deploy an AML/KYC solution across 74 countries by 2017 which covers all Retail, Wealth, Corporate and IB banking divisions.

Role responsibilities:

To support the Policy Implementations Manager
-

To analyse current policies and procedures of each country
-

To read, digest, understand and implement each of the countries policies and procedures
-

To run a gap analysis in each country around its current and future policies
-

To learn each of the AML, KYC, CDD policy and procedures

Skills/Experiences required:

-

Strong policy and procedure background
-

Advanced knowledge and experience around Anti Money Laundering policies
-

Strong Sanctions, KYC, AML, CDD, PEP's knowledge and experience
-

Strong documentation skills
-

Must have excellent stakeholder management and communication skill

Management consultancy background preferred
