AML MANAGER to join a Top Tier Bank in London

The role holder will be required to:

- Providing direction on AML Policy/KYC Minimum Standards and oversight matters both verbally and through more formal written guidance.
- Review changes in the AML Policy/KYC Minimum Standards and identify requirement for regulatory change activity.
- Liaising effectively with CB Financial Crime colleagues globally to ensure that CB has sufficient high quality information to meeting its oversight obligations.
- The provision of accurate, timely and balanced advice on Group AML policy issues to all CB Financial Crime teams.
- Preparing and reviewing breaches, dispensations and waivers against Group AML Policy to a high standard of quality and responding to queries raised by Group AML Policy Team.
- Preparing MI to demonstrate the state of effectiveness of the AML Control Framework.

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

ESSENTIAL

- Must have extensive AML policy knowledge and experience within a banking environment
- Understanding of the external regulatory environment we operate in and the internal policy and control environment.
- Proven expertise in AML compliance role, in a large complex multinational financial institution.
- Extensive stakeholder management experience
