AML/KYC Trainer

Role Title: TRAINER - GLOBAL STANDARDS

(The GBM-Global Banking and Markets programme is in the stages of mobilisation in several regions, including APAC, Europe, MENA and The Americas. We anticipate significant training requirements across the bank as a result of the changes being delivered. This role is part of the GBM Global Standards Training)

THE CORE OBJECTIVE: is to implement a more enhanced global Client Due Diligence standard for (GBM) clients.

To contribute to any training needs assessment for the GBM and deliver training where required across the global GBM sites

Design or contribute to the design of training and education interventions in response to the prioritised training needs.

Enable this investment bank to prevent individuals and entities from using its facilities for the purposes of financial crime (money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, bribery & corruption, and sanctions evasion)

Enable the bank to continue to comply with legal and regulatory requirements regarding financial crime, thus seeking to avoid regulatory censure and/or fines.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent training delivery and facilitation skills with a pragmatic approach to delivery
- Extensive experience of designing and delivering regulatory change initiatives
- Proven track record of developing and delivering Business Training including cultural change, on time and within stated parameters
- Experience in AML/Due Diligence/KYC is essential and a proven ability to quickly learn and understand new policies, technology and translate this understanding into effective training programmes and messages
- Experience of managing/supporting impacted business representatives located in geographically diverse sites to help them transition to the target state with respect to financial crime risk awareness, controls and judgements
- Experience of various training mediums and ability to fit this with business need.

- Able to travel where required
- Excellent relationship management, networking skills and experience working with senior management in Financial organisations
- Understanding of products and businesses within Financial Services
